Excellent childminder offering exceptional care

Alex looked after my son from when he was 1.5 to 2.5 yrs old (when I went on maternity leave). During his time with Alex, he developed hugely. She provided him with exceptional experiences inside and outside of her home. There was not a day when he hadn’t been on one adventure or another. Alex has an excellent knowledge of children’s early childhood development needs and provides a variety of activities daily to ensure that children are given opportunities to explore, play and grow.
She catered for all of his needs brilliantly. My son settled in with Alex really smoothly and her excellent contact (including pictures) meant that I was always fully in the loop and had peace of mind that he was having the best day. Alex’s family are incredibly welcoming and he adored their company as much as Alex’s. He still talks about them all with such fondness.
Alex has a calm and collected manner which instantly puts children and parents at ease. She really does provide them with a home from home. I cannot recommend her enough.

The best childminder ⭐

Our two-year-old son has been with Alex since I returned to work after my maternity leave. It took me a considerable amount of time to find a setting that felt comfortable for me, and I am so grateful to have found Alex. She had been highly recommended, and I could immediately see why. Her home is warm and inviting, much like Alex and her wonderful family. My son settled in effortlessly and has always enjoyed his time there. I appreciate that Alex takes him out and about, but she also ensures that they have plenty of activities to engage in when they are at home.

Alex consistently sends us photos and updates about their day. It is evident that Alex is well-informed about EYFS and is able to support Finley’s learning and development.

He feels like a valued member of the family, and I have always felt content knowing that he is safe, happy, and well-cared for when he is with Alex. We will always be so grateful to have found her! Xxx

An amazing childminder!

Alex looked after both my boys; my eldest from the age of 2-3, and my youngest boy from the age of 11 months until he started full time nursery at 3. The boys thrived with Alex, they were cared for and looked after so wonderfully during their time with her. They went on lots of outdoor excursions, and were also provided with excellent chances for development in her home too. Her setting is so well geared up for all children to explore and enjoy and communication between us all was great. Alex got to know the boys so well, and was so caring and in tune with their individual needs, likes and dislikes, and followed and nurtured these. My husband and I were never left with in any doubt whilst we were at work. In turn, the boys had lovely relationships with her and her family. She really became part of our family and I know the boys (and us) miss seeing her regularly! I would highly recommend Alex to anyone. She is truly truly special xxx
