LOOKING FOR AN AUPAIR
I am a single parent to two beautiful, very energetic boys (6 + 7 years old) and we are looking for an Aupair to join us from September 2024.
We are a busy family, I work for my families property company and the boys both attend school. So, we are looking for someone who is also studying or working part time during the week. I just cannot be in two places at once and it is getting increasing harder to balance their schedules with mine.
We have a family cat called Monkey
My Requirements
We are looking for an AUPAIR - someone fun, reliable and easy going with experience looking after energetic sibling boys.
This is a live in position.
I NEED SOMEONE TO SUPPORT ME WITH:
- Pick-ups/drops off to school, sports clubs, sports fixtures during the school week
- Pick-ups/drops off to birthday parties, sports fixtures and playdates on my (alternate) weekends with the boys*
- Light housework; laundry, tiding up (we have a cleaner), meal prep where needed
- Supporting the boys with homework, reading, spellings
- Occasional bedtimes
- TWO nights a week babysitting (depending on what’s going on)
We can agree your exact role, hours and what will be expected of you.
You must be able to drive and hold a valid licence.
During the weekdays whilst the boys are at school you will be free to work or study.
*The boys spend alternate weekends with their Dad - you will be ‘off duty’ (Friday-Monday) and free to enjoy this time as you please at home or exploring the UK. Other than that, the boys are at home with me during school time (Friday-Monday).
You must be free to help me the weekends the boys are in my care, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
You must have experience and be confident in looking after two children. You must be comfortable spending time with me and helping me out with the boys, as well as overseeing them independently.
I AM OFFERING:
• £90 per week
• Evening meals (no obligation)
• Alternate weekends to yourself (Friday-Monday)
• Your own bedroom with a king-sized bed
• Your own bathroom with a toilet, basin and walk-in shower
• A space for you to relax and watch TV in the evenings (the games room) if you do not want to be in the family space.
We live on a love quiet street; a couple of minutes’ walk to Clifton Village in Bristol.
