About Me
My name is Debbi and I live with my partner Andy and our 2 daughters.
I believe children learn through play, through quality interactions and time spent with them at their level. I feel that the EYFS is an excellent framework for understanding children as individuals.
My setting is a home from home nurturing environment with a family ethos where children can learn and grow.
I am registered through At Home Childcare a childcare agency regulated by Ofsted and authorised to register and inspect childminders. I have an Outstanding grading for the past 2 inspections. At Home Childcare offer invaluable support for both myself and your family. At Home Childcare inspect their registered Childminders yearly. Having yearly inspections ensures that I keep a consistent level of high standards in my care and practice and maintain a continuous ethos of self-improvement and professionalism.

My Experience
From a young age I have always been passionate about childcare. I became a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner in 2002 and have over 20 years childcare experience. Since then I developed my knowledge and skills in many areas of childcare and worked my way through to becoming a Manager of a nursery. I decided to become a childminder to help children learn and develop in a home setting and being able to be spontaneous with their interests. I wanted to be able to tailor learning for each child I care for on an individual basis.

Paediatric First Aid
DBS check
Food Hygiene Level 2
Safeguarding, Prevent Duty and FGM
My Availability
I am open Mon 8am-5pm, Tues 8am-4.30pm, Wed 8am-5pm and Thurs 8am-5pm
