I am punctual, hardworking individual with a natural drive to care for others and for the work that I’ve been set to do. Throughout my career in education and working with children of all ages. I have developed skills such as efficiency, problem solving, data handling, attention to quality, co-operating, leading. I am keen on developing and gaining more vital skills in new experiences.
I enjoy creative and art activities which children in general love to do. I have helped many children learn how to draw certain things and help them become more creative. I also know a lot of number games and other games which can be used in learning and can help the children enjoy certain subjects which they may not have enjoyed before.
My Experience
my experience consists of not only bringing up my own 3 children (my oldest being 19 and my youngest 13 years old) but also my career in education where I had the opportunity to work with many children including those with different disabilities for 9 years. I really enjoy working with children and have qualities such as being patient, kind and understanding which I believe are essential for working and building relationships with children.
Teaching Assistant at Fleecefield Primary School (June 2011 – June 2018) – Working for 7 years supporting individual and groups of students from nursery children up to year 6 during lessons and aiding them in their classwork throughout the school day.
Supply pool teaching assistant in borough of Enfield- (September 2011- May 2011) I was able to adapt to different school environments and work with different children including those with special needs. I was able to develop fast and stable relationships with the children I had the opportunity to work with and help them progress.
Part time Nanny September 2012- September 2016 - I looked after children from the age of 8 – 12 where I picked them up from school and support them with homework until their parents came to pick them up.
Teaching Assistant at Nene Tereza Albanian Community (September 2009 – January 2018)I worked for 9 years during weekends supporting children while learning a second language as well as keeping in contact with families to discuss their children’s progress.
Full time nanny March 2009 – November 2011 - I was a nanny for children of different ages which varied from 9 months to 5 years. I performed everyday tasks as well as take care of the children and support them with homework and run errands for the family when it was required of me.
