About Me
I am 22 years old. I am a passionate individual who aspires to one day be a teacher. Since I was young I’ve always dreamed of working with children when I got older, I then went to College and completed my level 2/3 in childcare and complete placements in schools and with childminders along side this which set my mind in place that I wanted to be a teacher.
I was a nanny for a little boy from when he was 6 months old to when he was 2 years old, I used to feed him, take him out for the day to the park and to different activities. We used to sit and play with his toys and watch various learning videos and nursery rhymes.
In my free time I like to hangout with my friends and spend time with my family and my nieces which consists of going out to play parks and to sundown Adventureland and to the farm.
I have an enhanced dbs check and I am currently studying my second year on my BA (Hons) education studies course.
My Experience
I have experience in looking after children from ages 3 months onwards.
I was previously a nanny for 1.5 years to a little boy who was aged 6 months old when I started.
During my time when I am babysitting I am there to cook and clean up where necessary. Look after the children which may mean, changing, bathing them and ensuring they are happy and content. Playing with the children's toys with them and doing different activities to enable their learning further. Taking the children out to maybe the park to get some fresh air.
My Qualifications
I have a Level 2 cache certificate in childcare which I did work placement durning.
I have a level 3 certificate and diploma in childcare and education.
I am currently studying BA (Hons) Education studies at Bishop Grosseteste University.
I have a grade 4 in GCSE maths.
I have a grade 4 in GCSE English.
Level 2 pass in health and social care
My Availability
As I am in university I am only available Monday morning before 11am then after 6pm. Tuesday after 6pm. Wednesday all day. Thursday before 11am and after 6pm and Friday until 4pm
