About Me
My name is Andrea and my vision is to create a home from home setting in Maidstone where children feel safe, loved, confident, and happy, where they can grow and discover their imagination through experiencing a variety of fun and challenging learning activities in a range of environments. I achieve this through carefully planning the children’s daily learning activities, using the EYFS framework to meet the each of children’s individual needs. Our children’s well-being and development is my main priority and they are encouraged to develop positive relationships, socialise, and be creative whilst playing with each other, keeping safe at all times, in a friendly and stimulating environment.
I am married with two children who are 9.5 and nearly 6.

My Experience
I have worked in childcare settings now for over 21 years. My experience has ranged from being a nursery practitioner to managing a large nursey setting with numerous staff and children. I am now using that wealth of experience to run our own setting which is based upon strong childcare values that we as a family believe in.
