About Me
- We have 3 children - boys aged 9 and 7; girl aged 4.
- All are out in the day at School, a 2 minute walk from our house.
- We'll use a Nanny Payroll Company to keep everything above board, but if you have reasons to be self-employed, that's not a problem and we're happy for you to invoice us.
- We're totally flexible in whether someone would like to receive a per hour salary, or a per annum salary (averaged and paid monthly so you always receive the same regardless of hours worked).
- We live in the village of Codford, 10 mins from Warminster, 25 mins from Salisbury.
My Requirements
- Flexibility in start-date as we have some temporary coverage in place. As of end of September '24, we are still looking :-)
- Term Time (39 weeks per year) - A minimum of 20-25 hours per week. 2.30-6.30pm Mon-Fri daily, but there's some 'squish' room in that if it would help... e.g. 2.30pm-6pm, or potentially just Mon-Thurs. Additionally, if someone lived locally to us and were able to do an hour each morning before School, that would be ideal, however, happy to consider those who can't do this either.
- Holidays (13 weeks per year) - Full-time, Mon-Fri daily. 8am-6pm - a 50 hour week. Again, there's some wiggle room here with the hours if needed to suit someone. Keep in mind too- we would take our own holidays during this period, so you certainly wouldn't be expected to work the full 13 weeks! We usually take 2 weeks' holiday in the summer, 1 week at Christmas, 1 week at Easter etc. You would obviously be welcome to take any holiday you need in these periods too.
- In Term Time - think collecting kids, preparing dinner, and normal Nanny duties such as popping washing away, checking school reading / homework is complete.
- In Holidays - obviously a busier day. Your own car would be essential (we would obviously pay mileage).
- I'm afraid we can only consider OFSTED registered Nannies, or the ability to have this sorted before starting with us, but with that in place, we’re happy to pay top rates, dependent on experience.
