About Me
I’m Alex, a 25 year old history of art and design graduate. I am a very creative person and enjoy getting outside into nature.
Alongside studying for my degree I spent past 7 years looking after 3 different families, with children ranging from 0-10 years.
This includes experience with twins, allergies and SEN. I am very passionate about working with kids and helping the wheels turn in busy family situations! The most recent family I have been with have just relocated, therefore I am currently looking for a lovely family to join again, on a part time or full time basis, this can be discussed!

My Experience
As stated I have experience with 3 different families.
My most recent role within childcare involved a part time position as a nanny and evening babysitter for a family of 6, who have a 6yo, 5yo and twins who are 3. I have been with this family up until recently as all of the children are now currently in school/ nursery 5 days a week. I started working for this family in the summer of 2020 and enjoyed being a part of their family for two years.
My responsibilities included the sole care of all 4 children, attending to their emotional, and physical needs. As both parents worked long hours meal times were left in my care, where I prepared a range of healthy snacks and nutritional meals. During the weekends and holiday time I provided the children with several activities, including arts and crafts, swimming lessons and taking them to play dates.
My Qualifications
I am a graduate from the University of Brighton, having just received my Bachelor of Arts in History of Art and Design. I’m a trained life guard, with water first aid training being a part of that. I have a full DBS check.

Monday to Friday 2pm-8pm
Monday, Tuesday, Friday 7am-10am
