Hi parents, My name is Monty and I am based in West London.
I am a loving, caring, playful and outgoing person. I am always smiling! I have always been maternal and love children, since I grew up in a large family. I feel that children are so interesting and we can learn so much from them...They are fascinating. With the children I enjoy creative activities, taking them outdoors, playing and reading stories (with all the accents).
I have been nannying for 5+ years and have been an aunty myself since I was a teenager.
As an actress and performer, I am fun, energetic and I love to play and explore new things, which I think is very important when working with children.
I love cooking and I can cook a variety of yummy meals (fun and healthy) and enjoy doing it, so I would be happy to do so.
I am also happy to nanny share with my fellow nanny Junie, we have experience of working with families together
My Experience
I have been nannying with different families for the 5+ years. The families have had children aged from newborn to 7 year olds. I am great with babies and younger children, and have a lot of experience with them, but I am also happy working with slightly older children as well.
My duties have included:
Mothers help
Bottle prep and feeding
Nursery and school runs
Cooking lunch and dinner
Sorting naptimes
Bath and bedtimes
Overnight stays (Sole care)
Playgroups & Park
Casual babysitting
Play dates
Light tidying/housework
Homework help
I also work as a sessional Family time worker for LBHF council where I work with children of all ages & families at a children’s centre. This role requires regular training and development, and safeguarding protocols are paramount.
I am also a back up foster carer/babysitter for a family who fosters babies from newborn to 3 years. I regularly look after her babies.
I have been nannying for a family of a 1 year old for the last year (he is now 2) but I am now looking for a new family (part time but possibly full time hours).
References available on request and I have a full clean DBS
My Qualifications
BA honours degree in European Theatre Arts - Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance
I have a FULL CLEAN DBS (available on request)

Monty has been providing a combination of nannying and babysitting care for our toddler for the last year since he was 1. She has taken him out to parks and play areas, sorted out his nap time, made sure he was well feed, and provided lots of fun and play time. She is very reliable and attentive to our instructions. She has developed a good bond with our boy, who now knows how to pronounce her name!

Monty worked for us part time for over a year, looking after my two sons, aged 1.5 and 3 when she started with us. She has been great to work with, from a mum's perspective she is very reliable, responsible and easy to communicate with. She is also fantastic with the boys, playing with them, managing behaviour and making them feel loved and happy. She has a sunny and positive disposition so it is always a pleasure having her around. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
