About Me
If you're searching for an individual that can bring further laughter, care and support into your precious little ones' lives then I am the nanny for you. As a qualified primary school teacher with 3+ years of teaching experience and specialist SEMH experience, I do not only have the theoretical knowledge of the developmental, spiritual and academic needs of children but I also have an internalised open, non-judgemental and person-centred attitude to life. I have integrated approach meaning that I aspire to enable young children to reach their full academic, moral and personal potential.
My Experience
Having gained a 1st Class degree in Forensic Psychology in July 2021, I went on to complete an Initial Teacher Training year in a local Catholic primary school. Upon passing my Initial Teacher Training, I undertook a KS2 teaching role in a wonderful local primary school. From here I went on to become an SEMH Teacher. The work experience I have gained has enabled me to develop an excellent and strong working knowledge of the holistic development of all children, regardless of age, ability or external influences. My pedagogical beliefs are founded on the principle that all children should be supported to reach their full potential and I can’t wait to hopefully help your family to do the same.
