My Requirements

Hiya we have two little girls one is just learning language and is 3 years old (July) and since sept is in full time nursery, she has just made some leaps in the potty training dept and loves to sing and dance and play.
Another is a little mushroom and is 16 months old and is a brilliant eater, a new walker and has 1.5 teeth- yep slow in the dental dept... She goes to a childminder 3 days a week while I am at work and if I need to go in more often for work the CM keeps her additional days.

Looking for a competent helping hand with juggling the children in the evenings or after I finish work/weekends. Someone outgoing and up for a laugh with the kids. Some company to go for excursions such as LegoLand, Cadbury world and the sort. We love to laugh in our home and have a great deal of fun - the children love play dough, painting, drawing, chasing one another, playing kitchen, shop, hiding in their forts. Eldest one loves little baby dolls- she puts them all to bed before she goes to sleep, its sooo cute. Little one enjoys feeding her animals and pushing them in her pushchair (or as we like to refer to it- her Zimmer-frame)!

Both children are in brilliant routine, they both sleep by themselves in individual rooms 7.15/7.30pm or 12.30pm for their naps. Their sleep routine is literally;
1)take their vitamin (bed time only), 2) brush their teeth, 3) story, prayer and song, 4) tuck in, lights out, goodnight and shut the door. They go to sleep themselves, usually after 10 mins of singing to themselves.

Eldest one eats specific things brilliantly but otherwise is a slow eater. The little one loves to self feed and pretty much finishes her plate of food in 6-8 mins. They both enjoy independent play, so you can just sit and watch while they get on with it.

Aims are to get them into a bit of a homework routine, get involved more in the kitchen and preparing food - eldest has an interest in this. Language development as much as possible for both. Fine motor skill development, pencil control etc.
