I’m 35 I was the manager of a local nursery for the last 6 years but have recently changed job roles and am currently working between Trevi house and barnardos. I have a varied role within my work from creche worker to contact supervising. I have gained alot of experience working with children of different ages with differing abilities. I also have 3 children myself ranging from 5 to 13.
My Experience
I have worked within the childcare sector for 8 years plus. I also have experience through having my own children. I used to be the sendo at the nursery therefore have worked closely with children with SEN.
My Qualifications
I hold a level 4 in early years and I have paediatric first aid. I also hold a level 3 in safeguarding.

Lindy was super friendly , reliable and flexible. My daughter bonded with her the first time she met her . She was on time and looked after Penny so well . Lindy is hardworking , qualified and loves her job. We will definitely have her again in future . X

Lindy was a great babysitter for us whilst we were visiting Devon. She was easy to communicate with in advance of the day and was friendly and helpful with our baby. I felt very safe leaving him in her good care.
