My Experience

I have worked at a child's play area for 4 years running multiple clubs and hosting children's birthday parties.
I have been the chairman of the parent, teacher and friends association at my sons school and volunteer to read with children in my spare time.
I currently volunteer at events for Cambourne Soul youth club whilst also working at Romsey Mill in Cambridge city centre part time for the past 3 years (A christian youth centre who support young people and families). I have been babybsitting and nannying now part time for the past few years on and off in Cambridge, Trumpington and Cambourne.

My Qualifications

Paediatric Infant & Child first aid level 3
Level 2 award in youth work principles
Emergency first aid at work
Basic child protection training
Prevent training
GCSE qualifications in literacy, maths, science & Art.
Bronze award from trinity college for art.

My Availability

I was fortunate enough to be asked back by a family I nannied for in spring 2022 which is very local to me and regular hours. I will be with them now until their son starts nursery in September 2023.
The only availability I will have until then is for adhoc evenings should you wish to go out for a meal or party etc.
I have my newest DBS I can share with you, A full UK clean driving license, and an up-to-date pediatric first aid qualification.

I am a very easy-going person and get along with most people. I am respectful of different parenting methods and would always care for your child just as you would request. I like to make long lasting bonds with the family's I work for and the children I care for.

I will be welcoming my own addition to our family September 2023 and therefore will take some time away from childcare until 2024. In the new year I will be looking to once again work closely with a family and offer part tome childcare alongside my own highly anticipated baby daughter!, ../this will therefore be at a lower hourly cost however will include the same expectations of fun filled activities and care and I expect my calender to be open from February for bookings and enquiries once more.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
• Nannying from £10.00 per hour (gross)

The only fees I would require to be paid for would be for any extra pre-agreed activities that we may enjoy outside of the home. These include Baby groups, swimming, play areas etc.
