About Me
Hi my name is Marian, I am an Ofsted registered childminder, rated a GOOD provider. I am registered to offer the government funded childcare from age 9 months to when child starts reception school year.
I live with my husband and youngest daughter aged 24. I have four grown up children and six grandchildren.
I provide a welcoming and safe, home from home environment. I have a numerous collection of toys, activities, resources for children of all ages, encouraging children to learn and develop through their play.
By playing, exploring, being active, creative and critical thinkers, indoors and outdoors children will learn new skills and gain knowledge. I also visit local playgrounds, open spaces/parks. I really enjoy what I do and with working within the EYFS framework aim to provide a high quality childminding service to both children and their parents.
I offer full year and term time only contracts . I also offer holiday care only contracts if have the space. Minimum 15hours over 2 days a week.

My Experience
4 years + as an Ofsted childminder. Also bringing up my own children, and helping with care for my grand children. I have also cared for many children from 0 to 18, of family and friends for many years. All children are unique and develop at their own individual rate, I offered free care to family and friends and have some experience of working with children with SEND.

level 3 diploma in home-based childcare

Safeguarding
Level 2 food safety and hygiene
Delivering the EYFS
Supporting children with speech, Language and communication needs
Myself, husband and daughter are DBS cleared.
My Availability
Usual opening hours at present are are 8am to 5.00pm all year round, I am closed on all bank holiday Mondays and Christmas for 1 week and will take 3 weeks personal holiday time throughout the year. I can only do drop offs and pick ups to and from Lanesfield school.

Heard about maz through acquaintances a few times so when work made it difficult for me to fetch my daughter from school I needed someone to collect then mind her for a few hours so maz was the first person I went to and after seeing the smile on my child’s face and hearing all about how much she enjoyed being with maz, Maz will be the only person I go to from now on.
Highly recommended to anyone who needs a loving caring child minder

The girls adore the playroom that is set up, they adore the outdoor space, Maz has an amazing routine for my girls, they both learn lots of different things daily.
I would highly recommend.
