My Summary

My Experience

I have experience working with 6months to 16 years old. I did a 5 month stint looking after children in the french alps, ages between 6 months and 12 years.
I have some experience with children who have additional needs, I have worked with those who have sensory processing disorders, dyslexia, adhd, and physical needs such as hyper mobile joint syndrome and eyesight problems. I also have spent lots of time with children in foster care and adopted children. I worked with a family who have 4 children for 4 months whilst their father worked away. I also spent a year working closely with a single parent foster family, providing respite and support as well as organising activities and taking the children out for the day. I have worked in a children’s residential home so have experience with the challenging behaviours that traumatised children can present with.

My Qualifications

I have done lots of first aid training, and I am epipen trained. I don’t however have a current first aid certification.
I have done safeguarding training and have a food hygiene certification.

My Availability

I work 6 on 4 off, so my week is 10 days rather than the typical 7! This means I have no set availability, but am flexible within my week, from mornings, afterschool and evenings.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

£12.50 an hour during daytime/whilst children are awake, £10 if/when they are asleep.
