My Requirements
Nanny or babysitter for school holidays. Must be kind, patient and warm. Eldest experiences emetophobia, OCD and separation anxiety. Youngest has oodles of energy. Due to the age gap, they don't always get along so need to be confident to deal with squabbles - firm but fair works well.
Prefer someone with experience of social, emotional and mental health needs (CBT knowledge would be a bonus!!) and knowledge of emotion coaching and 123 Magic.
