About Me
I’m a family orientated, responsible and creative person. Friends and co-workers would probably describe me as warm, caring and fun. I come from a family of nurses and carers which have shaped my nature and love of supporting and caring for children and young people.
I’m currently studying as a mature learner and have over a decades experience working as a support worker and teaching assistant particularly with children and young people with learning differences. I have experience in supporting children of all backgrounds from nursery ages to young adult and older people.
Additionally, I have worked extensively with children in the arts as an actress and facilitator, as well as in mainstream schools, college and special educational needs settings as a teaching assistant and subject lecturer. I have recent experience in supporting adults with learning within the community with charity’s based in both the Midlands and London. Currently, I work as a professional actress and am in the final year of a psychology based degree.
