Hi! I'm a fun, active, and creative babysitter with a passion for working with children. I currently work as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant in a local primary school, where I support and engage young people of all abilities in their learning and development.
Outside of work, I love staying active—whether it's playing hockey, enjoying a game of tennis, or going to see live music. I'm also a big fan of reading and often bring my creativity into playtime, whether that's through imaginative games, crafts, or storytelling.
With a calm and caring approach, I aim to create a safe, supportive, and fun environment for every child I look after. I’m reliable, energetic, and always ready to adapt to each child’s individual needs.
I am currently learning to drive and hope to get my license soon.
My Experience
I currently work as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant, supporting children with a range of additional needs in a school setting. During my gap year, I worked as a part-time nanny, gaining hands-on experience in caring for children of different ages and creating engaging daily routines.
I hold an MSc in Psychology and Child Development, which has deepened my understanding of children’s emotional, social, and cognitive needs. I also have an enhanced DBS check.
In addition to my work and studies, I’ve volunteered with Riding for the Disabled, supporting young people with additional needs through therapeutic riding sessions. I’ve also run debate and confidence-building workshops at several primary schools, encouraging communication and critical thinking in a fun, supportive environment.
My Qualifications
GCSEs including English, Maths, and Science
Additional GCSEs in Textiles, Drama, Business Studies, and Psychology
A-Levels in Psychology, Business Studies, and Classical Civilisations
MSc in Psychology with Child Development
My Availability
Due to my current role in a school, I am available for babysitting on:
Tuesday evenings from 6:00 PM
Wednesdays from 4:00 PM
Thursdays and Fridays from 2:00 PM
Some weekends, depending on availability
I also have some flexibility during school holidays
