About Me
We are a family of five looking for an after school nanny (2-7pm) to help me look after our children, Max (8), Cleo (5) and Ottie (nearly 3).
The children are all at different schools and we are looking for someone who can help with pickups, play dates and after school activities etc. as well as the homework / dinner / getting ready for bed routine.
We live in Queens Park and would love to find a local nanny who is familiar with the area and would be keen for regular babysitting and helping out on Saturday mornings from time to time.
Days are flexible but ideally Monday - Friday from 2pm to 7pm, with regular babysitting and if possible Saturday morning help from time to time.
A driver would be strongly preferred.
We want someone who will embrace playing a positive role in our children’s lives and who can create a nurturing and fun environment in which they can thrive and develop whilst also maintaining structure and calm..!
My Requirements
Responsibilities will include:
- Creative and every-day developmental activities including arts and crafts, reading, etc.
- Taking the kids to activities outside the home including play dates and after school clubs.
- Planning/preparing nutritious meals.
- Helping with homework, music practice etc.
- Bathtime and getting the kids ready for bedtime.
- Light housekeeping duties such as children’s laundry, keeping their playroom and bedrooms tidy, loading/emptying dishwasher, tidying up toys/communal areas, unpacking Ocado delivery etc. as well as running the odd family errand (we have a cleaner who comes every day).
