About Me
I am an OFSTED registered Childminder based in London Borough of Brent. I am Awarded GOOD grade by OFSTED in March 2023. I am married and mum to a son and a daughter. We live within 3 minutes walking distance to Preston Road Station (HA30QW). Following my passion of working with children of different age groups for more than 10 years, I would like to offer childminding services by opening my home to be a home away from home to few children.
My services offer a warm, safe and friendly home environment where I offer learning and development opportunities including outings to local, shops, parks, libraries and museums. I offer healthy home cooked meals teaching children to self feed and try variety foods from cultures around the world.
I work in partnership with the parents in order to provide the care the child needs. Periodically updating the parents in regards to progress of their child and activities they have been involved in.
My vision is to provide a safe, happy, caring, secure, inclusive and stimulating environment for each child where every child feels valued, included and respected.
My Experience
I have over 10 years of experience working with children of different age groups. In those 10 years, I have worked with children in different capacities such as working in children’s residential home (2-7 years age group), being a Sunday school teacher and organizing summer camps for children in India, Qatar and UK.
I have gathered vast experience in the area of helping children from diverse backgrounds to explore their potential and have been a mentor to more than 50 teenage children.
My experience along with my calm, patient and friendly personality enables me to be inclusive and easily connect with children from diverse backgrounds.
My Qualifications
Hold an up to date paediatric first aid certificate
Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked
CACHE Level 3 in homebased childcare certification
Have appropriate insurance cover
Registered on the Early Years Register and/or the Childcare Register

I have used Rucha childminder services for my 3 boys. All of them absolutely loved staying at Rucha’s flat . She is absolutely brilliant, very professional and kind. I can’t express all my feelings to her , such a lovely lady, very polite and caring person. We all will miss Rucha and her sweet family, unfortunately he had to move out of town and can’t use her childminder services anymore. Wishing her good luck and all the best in the future.

Rucha has been amazing all round. We usually are very critical keeping our kids with anyone, but with Rucha it is like a family as she makes you feel so comfortable and the kids love her.
She is a professional and knows how to calm children. Following bespoke routines for different children, she is always organised and most importantly, ready for any situation.
I am happy to recommend her to anyone.

My daughter loves ruchaunty and danu very much.Rucha has great passion towards childminding .She took care of my daughter very well and ensured she had healthy food.She always went above and beyond to support us whenever we needed.Thanks Rucha.....
