Hey- I am a 31 year old registered general nurse including paediatric experience looking to branch out from nursing and focus on child care. I enjoy yoga, horse riding and reading.
My Experience
I have a variety of experience with children and adolescents. Currently baby sit and help with a 4 year old regularly, I have worked with young people with learning difficulties in a respite setting, have work experience as a teaching assistant for 6 year olds and I help to look after my 4 month old nephew. I have a background in general nursing, including child health, child development and have experienced placements with health visitors during nurse training.
My Qualifications
RGN Nursing (including learning disability and paediatrics) Child first aid including choking, MSc Global Mental health and health promotion. Child development GCSE, epilepsy management, level 6 first aid, basic life support.
My Availability
Very flexible, as and when required. Ideally I would like to develop a professional relationship with a family in a regular nanny position.
