Brilliant child care provider

We met Bukky 2 years ago when we were looking for care for our son and now she cares for both of our children. We couldn't be happier about the level of care and attention provided in this home. Bukky has worked with us to improve our children's confidence (they are both naturally shy) she supports them to experience new places and overcome situations they find overwhelming. Bukkys enthusiasm for engaging children in interesting and educational experiences is infectious and our eldest delights in sharing his learning with us when he gets home. Bukky takes a very child centred approach and notices the individual nature of the children in her care.Her communication is excellent and we are kept well informed of what our children are doing each day. working with Bukky has and continues to be a great experience for our family.

Fantastic in every way.

Couldn't have asked for a better childminder. I was quite nervous at first as my son went in quite young at 4 months when he first joined. However, Bukky does a fantastic job of putting your mind at ease. She is very loving and caring with him and he absolutely adores her.
They do lots of different activities, toddler group, library trips and arts and crafts.
I'm always kept in touch with, what they're up to and I get pictures and videos throughout the day.
Bukky tracks his development and spends lots of time teaching him, and he loves playing with the other children, there is a really nice warm family environment.
Highly recommend.

Great childminder

My two year old daughter has been going to this childminder for a year now and really enjoys her time there. They do lots of activities and crafts, outings such as going to toddlers and bookbug and have the opportunity to play outside too which my daughter loves. Bukky is very accommodating and we get regular updates throughout the day when my daughter is with her. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a childminder.

Amazing child minder who cared for my child so wel

Very professional and warm childminder

She has been taking care of my 5 y/o granddaughter for these four months. The child didn't go well at a local nursery school due to her poor English ability, so we decided to send her to this Kings Heritage childminder hoping for a smaller group of children. The result was much more than we expected. The chldminder is warm and professional at the same time; giving the child lots of fun and encouring her to speak English eagerly. Thanks to her, the child is now ready for primary school in August.

Professional and flexible

When we were looking for childcare for our daughter 2 months Old, I'm so glad we found Bukki.Bukki is compassionate and friendly, and she has gone out of old way to ensure that our daughter is happy and comfortable. She is adored by my kid. Bukki offers a wide range of activities and walks/outings, as well as a nice outdoor place for the kids to enjoy. Sue has been extremely kind in remembering significant days for us, such as birthdays and holidays, and she has been flexible in accommodating my second kid for days during the weekend. Bukki comes highly recommended by me to anyone in need of daycare.

Lovely and very professional

My 2 girls very enjoyed being in your care. 😊They enjoyed all the activities set and outings to park and library. Loved to see all photos and videos of what they've been up to trough out the day. Highly recommend 🌟

Very professional, welcoming and warm

I would highly recommend Bucky to anyone looking for childcare she was extremely good at making our daughter feel comfortable in her new surroundings, she pays great attention to detail and kept us up to date off her progress via video and verbal communication. Anyone would be lucky to have her look after their kids. I can't thank her enough for what she's done for our family.
