Shelly was an amazing find and I wish she had both of our children in her setting. Since Emily started with Shelly, she been in a loving, fun, nurturing environment. Shelly encourages the children to have fun and express themselves with creativity and fun and educational activities. Emily has been exposed to different cultures, celebrations and created some fantastic memories. Shelly has a fantastic weekly plan and ensures the children are always on the go with fun activities, experiencing the outdoors and nature visits.
I trust her explicitly and she kept me up to date with daily activities and was always there to offer advice.
I could not recommend Shelly highly enough as she is a lovely caring woman, who's first interest is the care and well being of the children in her setting.

As the title suggests Shelly and her setting are outstanding in every way. She provides a home from home setting and spends the days with her children on a variety of different adventures, she teaches the children through play and encouragement and ensures that when the time comes they are more than ready for school. She goes above and beyond on a daily basis, provides a safe and loving environment and keeps you updated with regular communication. I will be forever grateful for her help in raising my daughter in the most important years of her life, if you are looking for a childminder who genuinely cares look no further.

Jade started going to Shelly’s childminding when she was 1. She was meant to stay until she started reception but unfortunately the Covid-19 situation cut her time short!
Shelly has always been wonderful with the children, she is caring, enthusiastic and just has a way of bringing out the best in them.
The days are always packed with activities! Regular visits to places like legoland and sea life gives the children something to look forward to which is lovely to see. As a parent I received daily messages and pictures of Jade’s day.
Jade lives in a bilingual household and Shelly even worked with us in this respect to help with Jade’s communication skills.
Shelly has always been really accommodating of parents’ work shift patterns etc. When Covid hit and she was allowed to reopen she had safety measures in place for drop offs and pick ups.
I couldn’t recommend Shelly enough. I’ve always felt my little girl was in great hands and I wouldn’t hesitate to go to her again if I had any more children! :)

We know Shelley from school and she is such a friendly approachable person we did not hesitate to approach her when we were looking for childcare for our son Jack. She is wonderful. So very accommodating with sorting out times for drop off/pick up. The activities she organises for the kids both at her home and the different groups she attends with them shows her passion for looking after children and I honestly wish I could go some days! I mean legoland and sea life how cool is that in one day!! Jack absolutely loves going and seeing his other little friends and adores Shelley.
On a last note I would like to say that if your child has any additional needs of any kind you need not worry. Our son jack has down syndrome and is absolutely thriving with Shelley x

Michelle was a big part of my daughter's life from 9months old to starting school. She encouraged her to learn, have fun and made her happy every day whilst in her care. I couldn't have asked for a more caring and professional childminder.

Michelle has looked after my 2 children from an early age until ready to move to school. She was flexible and supportive to aid with my return to work and both girls loved going therefore had no concerns leaving them. She always kept me informed of any developments and aided with personal goals ie toilet training and counting. I would recommend Shelly to anyone looking for a child minder, she is attentive to the children's needs, is always expanding the children's experiences with various activities in various settings therefore the children are very socialised and adapt easily in different circumstances. She has also been supportive and assisted in medical needs ie milk allergy following illness.
My children love and miss being with Shelly and only left due to start school in a different area. When you leave your children with Shelly you become part of a family, which only enhances the children's time.

Michelle has looked after Adam for 5 years now , she is a fantastic childminder who I can call on at the drop of a hat when my shifts change at work short notice. Adam is always happy to go to shells as he plays with her two children and doesn't want to come home sometimes !! ? School holidays they are always on trips out to the safari park , or the seaside always a fun packed day . I trust Michelle with Adam 100% she is like his second mum her home is friendly with a back garden like a fun park slides football paddling pools In the sun . Thanks shell for being a superstar childminder xxxx

Going back to work was really difficult for me but after sending our little one to Michelle for a few weeks I knew he was in the best place of I couldn't have him. Communication in brilliant and we receive regular pictures of what they are Upton. No matter where they are or what they are doing, all the kids are smiling. So sad we won't be attending as regularly anymore...really makes me feel sad.

My 3 year old has been going to Shellies since he was 10 months.
He settled in very quickly and has always been comfortable going.
Shellie encourages my eldest and this is shown by in his understanding of English, maths and reasoning.
Unlike nurseries, shellie takes her children to play groups, soft play settings, different parks, museums, and attractions such as Lego land and sea life centre.
Her back garden is like a park in size and amenities!
She now has my 6 month old too, and I was quite happy leaving him in care because she cares and shows genuine interest in them.
I highly recommend her.

My little girl Jessica is 4, I started working full time and required a childminder I was nervous about leaving Jessica with someone she didn't know as I'd only ever left her with family before. I rang Michelle and was asked to take Jessica round so she could meet me and Jessica I felt happy and reasured about leaving Jessica there as its a lovely, welcoming and friendly home. I thought it was really nice that we had chance to spend some time with Michelle before my little girl started her fun filled days there. My little girl loves going to Michelle's she does lots of activities with her including play areas, parks, messy play, frankie and benny's for lunch :) and much more. My little girl is enthusiastic and can be quite a handy full but Michelle always seems to be able to cope and still smiles at the end of the day. I wouldn't let my child go to anyone other childminder now as she's brilliant. She's really flexible and communicates well with me when needed. Her two children are well behaved and lovely, friendly children. Thank you Michelle for all your hard work, time and effort, love, kindness and support we would be lost without you love from Kelly and Jessica xxx
