About Me
My family and I moved to the UK from the US in early 2020. I am a US citizen; my husband is a UK citizen; and our two sons (a 5-year-old and 3-year-old) are both!
Our two boys are good natured, love to play indoors and outdoors, and enjoy a good cuddle. Their interests and favourite activities include: stories, puzzles, balls (anything the toddler can chase!), building blocks, and safari animals (especially lions and tigers)!
In addition to the boys' bedrooms, our home has a designated playroom and garden for outdoor play. However, we also encourage (and, of course, financially support) excursions to local playgroups, parks, etc. Although I work from home full-time, my study is located far from the playroom/garden, so I will stay out of your hair (unless I'm invited for a pretend tea party :)!
My Requirements
Our family is looking for a part-time nanny to start in September 2025. Hours are negotiable, but ideally would cover afterschool care on a Monday (3pm-6pm) and most of the day on Wednesday (8am-6pm). We are especially interested in someone who loves to read, play, and laugh as our boys are very interactive and relational.
Our 5-year-old is in Reception until 4:30pm. Our 3-year-old will require the majority of care on Wednesdays. He is easy-going and enjoys pretty much anything that involves smiles and cuddles :)
