About Me

I have been passionate about children’s education ever since I can remember, and believe that they are being taught valuable life lessons continuously throughout their primary education. This will enable them to grow emotionally and mentally and being a part of that would be so rewarding alongside being able to see how you have helped them develop.

I have been fortunate enough to have had many opportunities to be able to witness the teaching environment, alongside being able to get involved within schools/academies. With taking on different roles/tasks I have been able to provide support for the teacher and the pupils. Moreover, these experiences have allowed me to gain a range of skills in taking on responsibility, working collaboratively with others, communication and great organisational skills. I believe these aspects of my background will enable me to contribute effectively to this role and learn and adapt from past experiences.

Additionally, in regards to my experience, I looked after a 7-8month old child for a duration of 3 months, Mon-Fri 7am-4pm. I am currently a qualified primary school teacher in a school targeting children aged 2-11yrs old, so have experience of a wide selection of ages.
