My name is Marianna, I am from Greece and I am currently in Master's training for my Dramatherapy qualification. Dramatherapy is a branch of Art Psychotherapy that includes tools similar to Playtherapy which is one of the most transformative interventions for children.
I have extended experience in working with brain injury, learning disability, psychiatric disorders and eating disorders , as a mental health care provider prior to my MA training.
My experience as a nanny and a tutor has been of about 11 years, age range has been infants to 15 years old. In the education sector, I have experience with special needs and caring for children experiencing severe PTSD (refugee children).
My Experience
I have worked with children of various ages, the youngest in my care has been 40 days old and the oldest, 15 years old. I have provided nannying, babysitting and tutoring services whilst I also was a teacher of fundamental Greek at the Orthodox Church of Columbus Ohio, for the children of Greek American families during my Bachelor's studies at the Ohio State University.
