About Me
I am a newly registered Childminder and live in Rackheath with my husband, five year old daughter and two year old son in a little house with a garden. I enjoy outdoor activities and walking, reading, spending time with my family and friends.
My Experience
I have seven years experience of working with children in different settings. I have worked as a deputy team leader in a therapeutic children's home, volunteered in a play group and have experience of childminding one and two year old children. I have also worked with teenagers and young adults in a training company.
My Qualifications
I have a degree in a pedagogy, an advanced diploma in psycho-social care and have completed the level 3 Pacey course for childminders. I have completed all the necessary training and also done a food hygiene course and prevent course and done courses in medicine management and managing, understanding and healing behaviour in the past.
My Availability
I work Mondays to Fridays from 7.30 to 4.30 during term time only.

I have had Dot childmind my little boy who is under one for the past few months. Dot is a very caring, warm & competent with her care for the children she looks after. I am very happy to leave my baby in her care as I know he is so well looked after & kept entertained as Dot does loads of different age appropriate activities to help with childrens development. I get an update on how my baby is during the day & Dot keeps a diary with photos of what the children do during the day too. My baby is always happy to stay & is always happy when I pick him up.
If you are looking for a excellent, professional, friendly & caring childminder who will actually look after your children & not let them self entertain all the time I would recommend Dot to anyone.
