My journey commenced with the responsibility of tending to my younger siblings. As I delved deeper into this role, I discovered a profound passion and skill for nurturing and caring for children. Subsequently, I gained valuable experience assisting at my family childminding buisness. Transitioning into the role of a nanny looking after children aged 1-6, gaining five years of experience in the field of childcare. Alongside this hands-on experience, I also obtained an OFSTED childminding qualification. Seeking to expand my expertise, I temporarily stepped away from nannying and ventured into working at nurseries and schools through an agency. This opportunity allowed me to gain key skills and learn new experiences within the childcare Industry.
