My Experience
I am a qualified level 3 with 3 years 6 months experience and have a recently updated crb which I only received at the beginning of January. The only thing I don't have is a first aid certificate as it ran out at end of march before lockdown but my employer booked a first aid course but the person who was doing it never turned up and then it was rearranged and then we in we had to go into lockdown so couldn't do it. Have food hygiene certificate though.

I am currently in furlough with my employelr at the moment. My last day at the nursery i work at is 3/6/2020 as was made redundant and because I have worked there as long, my employer has had to give me a months notice.
