My Experience

Diploma in childcare and education in Early Years level 3 – West Kent College
During this course I am learning about how children develop from birth to seven years, children’s well-being and health, providing safe environment and preparing them for school. When I complete this course I will have the knowledge and skills to work in a pre-school/nursery or a primary school unsupervised. I took this course because it is a step closer towards my goal in becoming a teacher. At the end of this course I will also have 2 years of experience working with children from birth to 5 years. This was good for me to help strengthen my skills in communicating with others and team working skills.



N Family Club - Royal Tunbridge Wells
February 2022 to October 2023
I am a part of a team that cares for 24 children in a preschool. I have key children that I observe and
assess against the N curriculum and the the current EYFS. I have also taken on room manager role when
needed, taking on their responsibilities. From this I became deputy room manager. The responsibilities included managing the team within the room, risk assessing
and preparing the activities for them.

Nursery Practitioner Level 3
Little Rascals Nursery - Royal Tunbridge Wells
August 2021 to February 2022
I am a part of a team that cares for about 20 children. I have key children that I observe and provide one
to one (when I can). I get to meet the parent and ensure they are a part of their child's developmental
process. Building a bond with the parents is key and I try to ensure that communication flows and
information is shared (to the people who need to know).


Nursery Practitioner Level 3
perfect start day nursery -
August 2020 to June 2021
I am apart of a team that cared for about 24 children. I had key children that I planned and observed
every week. I understand how important it is to have a close relationship with the children and their
families, i have a close bond with all my key children and their families. To write up the observation we
used iconnect but I am a bit familiar with tapestry as I used it in other setting. For a period of time I
was put in charge of the room, dealing with deployment, safeguarding, and general day to day things
to take care of children.

My Qualifications

Level 3 in childcare and education and level 5 in early childhood studies with SEN.

My Availability

I am free, however I do have another job that is 20hr so the times need to flexible. my current job is normally 7am -10am or anything from 1,2,3 pm to 10pm on different days contact me to know more

• Babysitting from £8.50 per hour
• Nannying from £10.00 per hour (net)
