Hello, my name is Belén and I am 30 years old. I currently live in London since September 2018 and I am nanny because I love children. I have worked with children since I was 16 years old. Although I have studied a career in science and health (Human Nutrition and Dietetics), my career, my practices and my work have always been related to children.
I am a responsible, hardworking, organized, active and dynamic person. Therefore, I work well with both small and large groups of children.
My Experience
I have worked for 14 years looking after children and tutoring. I have worked as nanny for families, as lunch-lady in a school, doing babysittings for families and doing tutoring in homes and in academies. Also, I did my career practices (Human Nutrition and Dietetics) in schools and hospitals (neonates).
My activities as nanny include: prepare children for nursery or school, prepare breakfast, take them to nursery or school and pick them up, cook lunch and dinner, play with them, prepare educational activities, take them to the park and cultural activities, bath them and take them to sleep. I can also do household tasks such as laundry and iron, as well as clean up what I mess with children.
I have experience with newborns, babies and twins. I am dietitian-nutritionist, so I know about baby food and weaning/how to introduce them solids (purees, BLW and the transition from purees to solids). I also have experience doing potty training.
My Qualifications
I have First AID, Enhanced DBS check and references.
