About Me
My name is Serena and I am originally from Italy, where I first trained as a chef. When I moved to the UK I joined my two greatest passions, food and children by becoming a nanny.
For five years I have worked with the same family, looking after a lovely little girl who is now ten. Being Italian and an ex-chef, I value good nutritious food very much and meals time, where I like to talk and share.
Now that I have moved to Oxfordshire, I worked as a nursery practitioner until 2022. Here I had the chance to work with children three months up to five years old, gain my childcare qualification and also became the SEN coordinator and yoga teacher for children. Now that I am a mum myself I can appreciate even more, how important it is to find someone you can trust to leave your little one with and that’s why I am here to offer the best care I can to your children, as a childminder.
I am very passionate about my job and I love spending time outdoor, build crazy forts, get dirty with art and craft and read lovely stories.
I consider myself to be strict but fear, as I strongly believe in good manners, tidying up and being kind to one another.
