About Me
I am a single mother to two wonderful kids (4 years and 6 Years). I am a NHS midwife. I enjoy nature, creative things, cooking and eating with people, looking at the stars. My kids are really fun!
'E' loves science and magic, making experiments, cycling, making bread, reading, building dens, splashing in rivers/puddles/the sea/anything wet and knowing what things are made of
'D' loves cuddly teddies, doing ballett, dance parties, cooking, drawing and playing outside
My Requirements
Seeking nanny to start asap to cover 1 to 2 shifts a week from 6:15am-8;30pm or at night 6;15pm- 8;30am. Shift days vary but i have some say in my rota and could work around/negotiate with the nanny to find mutally suitable times! I would also like occasional babysitting hours in addition to the regular shifts if mutually agreeable.
My priorities in a childcare provider: Gentle/attachment focused. No naughty steps/time outs. empathic and up for listening to kids. awareness of nuerodivergence. Love being outdoors (my kids are outdoors to the core...we live rurally!), creative, fun. A fundamental belief in the wonder and amazement that is being a child is key!
It is important the person looking after my children is open minded, kind and caring as well as patient and playful!
I would want whoever hangs out with my kids to take time to get to know them and me. Thanks!
