About Me
Hi, my name is Jan I am an Ofsted registered childminder, my setting is called Little Owls. I live in North Thoresby in a large 4 bed roomed house with my husband Steve who is my assistant, and our little dog Cassie. I provide a playroom plus large room for crafts, and a room for quite time, there are also bedrooms and cots for children who need naps. We have a large fully enclosed garden for lots of outside fun and where we grow vegetables. I practice an holistic approach to learning, and tailor everything to the individual child's needs.

I have worked with children for a number of years, as a teaching assistant and part time childminder

I am ofsted graded as good
I have certificates in Paediatric first aid , EYFS, Safeguarding, Level 2 Food Hygiene. Professional development
course in supporting children with speech, language and communication needs

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
My charges are £5 per hour 8 am - 6 pm, all year £6.50 term time only. £2.50 per day for meals. I provide snacks. All food is home made and most of the vegetables are home grown. I have a 5* Food Rating. Out of hours and bank holidays £10 per hour. Weekends £6 per hour
