About Me
I am a registered childcare provider for over 20+ years. My hobbies include reading, horse riding, fitness & health. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and their children & pets. I have attended many group classes including mums & tots, drama classes & sensory play with the children in my care.
My Experience
I have been working with children from babies up to teenagers for over 20+ years. I have worked in different childcare enviroments e.g Day Nurseries, nanny, babysitter and play groups. I worked in a leisure facilty where I did coaching with others in arts and crafts and games classes for all ages etc.
I have worked in a special needs camp for children and adults for three months and in a special needs school as a general assistant and classroom assistant for three years.
My Qualifications
I have my NVQ level 2 and level 3 in childcare and education.
I have my first Aid qualifications also.
I’ve been an Approved Home Childcarer for over 4 years so I can be paid with childcare vouchers and tax credits.
My Availability
From October 2023 I’m available in the mornings during school term from 8am till 12pm. For more info please get in touch.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £9.00 per hour
- Nannying from £10.00 per hour (net)
I charge £7 an hour for babysitting in the evening and for during the day I’m happy to discuss the hourly rate with the parent. If I am needed to do an over night I will charge a set price that is agreeable with the parent/s.
Minimum hours I’ll do is 2hrs.

Julie was able to watch my son for an evening on short notice with only a few hours of lead time. Very nice and personable. Would highly recommend her.

Communication
Julie was friendly, playful and reliable and my daughter liked her a lot. She happily played with my daughter and brought her for a walk so I could work from home. She provided all requested documentation and I would hire her again with confidence that she will take good care of my daughter.
