About Me
I am an Early Years teacher working in a school full time. I currently teach nursery but have experience of Reception and Year 1. Outside of school I am a mother of two, aged 7 and 10.
My Experience
I have over 10 years experience working with children under 5. I completed my QTS four years ago, learning my craft on the job and completing my QTS course in 8 weeks. Whilst the nature of my role as a Nursery teacher means I teach a range of subjects, maths is my passion and I often support children in other year groups complete their maths work.
I prefer to come to your home as I believe this is where children feel most comfortable. I also like to arrange a meet before the tutoring starts, to get to know the child and their levels of learning.

Degree in Early Years (Open University)
My Availability
Due to my commitments of a full time job and my family, I am only available at weekends currently. If you live within walking distance, or want to come to me I would also consider evenings. However I would prefer to come to your house as I believe children learn best in a familiar environment.
