About Me
Hello, I'm Aysha Miah a registered Childminder in Queens Park. I am a mother to two beautiful children. I offer warm, fun and friendly home-based childcare for babies, pre-school and children from school in my home. I am Passionate about supporting each individual child in my care for a safe, stimulating and fun environment to help them achieve their full potential. As a registered Childminder, I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework (EYFS) to support the learning and development of all children in my home.
My Experience
I have previously worked in a school with children during their lunchtime as a Lunchtime Playleader, making sure all children are safe.
I have also worked in the first aid room in the school providing first aid to children during their lunch break.
I have worked with a childminder providing care to children in her care, taking them out to the park and doing activities with them when we were indoors. Reading books with them and occasionally helping them with their homework.
I am also a community member for my local Pre-School.
My Qualifications
I completed a 'setting up a Home-Based Childcare business' course (which is one unit of a Level 3 Children & Young People's Workforce Diploma) This is accepted by Ofsted as an approved course as part of Ofsted registration.
I am registered with and inspected by Ofsted. I hold a DBS (Disclosure & Barring service) certificate and i am fully insured to provide childcare in my home with appropriate Public Liability Insurance.
I have Paediatric First Aid certificate
I have done online courses for :
Autism Spectrum condition (ASC)
SALT (speech and language therapy
ADHD awareness
Managing challenging behaviour and promoting positive behaviour
A full UK driving license and my own car
My Availability
I am Available Monday to Friday between 7.30 to 6PM
I am willing to work during half terms if necessary

My Fees
- Childminding from £12.00 per hour
From £12 PH. I also offer extra hours from 6pm to 9pm which are charged at £16.50 P/H
I charge by the hour and not 15/30/45 minutes
School drop of and pick up charge £6 each way
Full day 8am-6pm £100
Half day 8am-1pm £50

Aysha has always been reliable and a very caring childminder, picking up my 2 boys and dropping them to after school club. My 2 boys really enjoyed their time with her, she is thoughtful and caring and always communicates with me important information from my children’s day. We will miss you. Thankyou Aysha!

Aysha has been taking care of our 5 year old son for the past year. She is an excellent childminder who takes good care of our son. We are truly grateful for her kind assistance and service.
