My little boy has absolutely loved his experience with Louise, Bob and Jade. They are the most loveliest and kindest family who have provided excellent child care and support to my little boy full time for over a year now. I have seen my little boy grow in confidence and independence as well as academically and socially. Be absolutely loved his friends at ‘playhouse’ and talks about them non stop. We will really miss your lovely family and will always recommend and keep up in mind for any future services.

Lovely, welcoming family offering excellent childcare within their home. Loads of space for kids to play and dance around with a wide range of activities and brilliant outdoor space with fun outdoor toys, games and equipment.
They looked after our little boy before he started school and he made friends there who were starting school at the same time, which was great. Our little girl attends currently and is doing really well. Her social skills have really come along and she enjoys playing with her little friends.
Communication is really good and it’s so nice to see photos from the kids’ time there. If you need flexibility on occasion, the provider will always try to accommodate you and is always happy to answer any questions you may have or to reassure you if you have any concerns.
Highly recommended!

Both our boys go to Child’s Play and absolutely love it. I wanted them to attend a childminder so that they were looked after in a more informal and homey environment rather than in a nursery and this is definitely what Rob & Louise provide. From the friendly greeting we always get when dropping the children, to their flexibility and wide range of activities provided we could not ask for a better environment for our boys. We drop them off and they run straight in to play, barely even looking back to say goodbye, which is a true testament to how secure they feel. Both boys have progressed and come on leaps and bounds in their development since attending and have formed strong bonds with other children in attendance too!
Very, very happy and could not recommend them more!

Our little boy has been with Louise, Rob and Jade for nearly 2 years now. He has loved going there from the beginning. I was quite worried about sending him at first and thought I would find it really hard as I couldn't even go back to work and leave him with family after my maternity leave. However from our settling in period we found that Ethan really enjoyed being there and was growing in confidence. On his first day there on is own he absolutely loved it. Even though I had been to lots of playgroups and other baby/toddler groups with him we wanted him to have his own space and be able to interact with other adults and children away from us.
After a few months there we noticed Ethan was really confident, loved going and had made good friends. He was really enjoying singing and dancing and loved telling us about his day. He loved Jade especially and everything they did there. We loved that it was a family environment and felt really comfortable visiting their home, also that they were able to venture out to local parks and for walks as our little boy loves being active. We would and have recommended this setting.

Our son Francis has been looked after by Louise, Rob and Jade since he was just turned one. They treat him like he is one of their own and he absolutely loves being with them which is the best possible outcome a nervous parent leaving their child with strangers for the first time.
Francis has formed lovely friendships with the other children who attend especially Louise and Rob's daughter who is a similar age.
Photos of the children's activities are uploaded to a portal for parents to access and see how much fun they are having during the day.
Louise and Rob make lovely home cooked meals for the children and they all eat together.
Francis has come on leaps and bounds since attending and amazes us with some of the things he has been taught.
I wouldn't trust anybody else to look after him. A truly lovely place to send your kids x

My son was with Louise and Bob for about half a year, unfortunately due to the pandemic they closed for a short while so I had to find a replacement childminder. We were upset about leaving Louise and Bob as he had settled in so well and had come on amazingly.
As a first time mum making the decision to put my son in a childminder for me to start work was tough, I didn't want to leave him but Louise and her family really made me feel at ease. We had regular updates and the baby days app was amazing! Photos were updated daily with what he had been up to. They all brought out so much confidence in my baby and taught him so much. I will be forever grateful for the care and compassion they all showed to my son and I. Amazing childminders. 100% would recommend.

Louise and Rob always gave a good care and love to my daughter Mia since she was 4 months old untill now. Mia was always happy to come to her house and be with the others children.
Louise provided her a lot of activities, good food and good care.

My 2 girls have both been with Louise since they were both 10 months old. One is about to go to school full time and the other is 2 who goes 1/2 days a week. Both of my girls love going to Louise’s house it’s like there second home. Louise and rob have been more like an aunt and uncle to my girls. They have taught them so much, helped them grow, helped them to share, helped them to draw, the list is endless. My girls have both came on great since being there. They do alkinds of activities both indoors and outdoors an I get an online journal with all food and drink e t they have had and also activities they have done that day. I also get pictures sent too. They have other kids of all ages so there is always plenty of other children to play with. I would 100% recommended Louise at childplay to any parent I was so anxious at first with my first daughter but Louise and rob put me at ease and my daughters both soon settled in. I cannot thank Louise and rob enough.

My daughter has been with Childs Play since she was 10 months old . Childs Play is everything that you can wish for your little one .
They makes a lot of activities with my daughter and that’s it’s fabulous. The food was delicious and healthy. I

My son has been with Louise and Rob since he was 9 months old, he recently turned 2 and I honesty believe sending him here was one of the best decisions I've ever made. In the early days the baby days online diary was a godsend as I could see photos of him playing happily and interacting with the other children before he could really communicate. Now he let's us all know how much he loves it here. He's always happy when he's dropped of and when I arrive to collect him. He spends some time doing focused learning activities each day as well as having the freedom to play with a variety of toys both inside and out. He chats about Rob, Louise and the children he is with and is a very sociable. He enjoys the creative activities provided as well as structured play with toys which are rotated so he never gets bored of playing with the same things.

My daughter has been with Childs Play since she was 1 year old and has been with Rob and Louise for over 2.5 years now. Childs Play is everything that you can wish for from a Childminder. Louise, Rob and their mum offer a true home from home for the children in their care. The children are a full part of family life and having a male role model, who is actively involved in all aspects of child care as well as having a nan, who will sit with the children to tell and listen to their stories, is seldom found in other child care providers. Children of all ages are encouraged to play with each other, which teaches them to interact across different age groups and encourages learning from each other whilst adapting to the abilities of all members of the group. A large outdoor area offers the children plenty of opportunity to be in nature and play outside. Louise has a degree in Education and she plans daily activities that support the social and emotional development of the children, ensuring that they are becoming confident and social children who are ready to interact and learn when starting school. Childs Play are extremely reliable, always giving plenty of notice for their annual leave. I can highly recommend Childs Play to any other parent, who is looking for a caring environment in which their child can have fun and develop.

My 2 younger children started going to Louise and Rob in March 2013, my youngest daughter was just turning 1 at the time and she had never been away from me before. They both soon helped her settle in and she did settle very quickly that really put my mind at rest when I was at work during the day. They give updates at the end of each day along with pictures, this is great a really good way to see how much my little one was enjoying her day.
Their home became like a home from home for my 2, especially my youngest as she attended every day. She looked forward to going every morning.
My children are both in full time school now aged 10 and 4 and they still attend during the holidays, there's is no where else I would go for my childcare.
I would recommend Louise and Rob to anyone.

Isaac has been coming to Louise and Rob for almost 2 years now! He was originally there full time but more recently dropped to 3 times per week. Its like a home from home and he is really comfortable and settled. The online diary log is great, I log in everyday to see what he's been up to. It has lots of personal developmental info, menu of what he's eaten, how much sleep he's had (if any) and plenty of pictures! My eldest daughter went to a private nursery and I am so glad we didn't go down that path with Isaac as this environment is much more homely. Louise and Rob have been really good and flexible when I have had to alter my childcare arrangements. Being open till 6.00pm is an added bonus as well. He's come on so much in their care, I can't recommend them highly enough.

I can not praise Louise and Rob enough! My son Joshua is 2.5 years old and started going to them full time in September 2014.
As this was Joshua's first time away from home he was a little apprehensive at first and cried of a morning when I left him for around the first week, but Louise was great, she was so calm and made me feel at ease with leaving him. She would always text within half an hour to let me know that Joshua had settled which really put my mind at rest.
He loved it there and was always so happy when I picked him up.
The baby days system Louise uses is fab! Being able to read about his day and see pictures really made me see how much fun he was having, being 2 and a half he couldn't always tell me the things he'd done during the day but this meant I could talk about his day with him.
He came on leaps and bounds in the 3 months he spent with Louise and Rob and I was sad to have to leave but we moved to Cheshire so obviously a childminder in liverpool just wasn't feasible! I actually cried when we made the decision to love Josh because I know how happy and content he had been.
I would highly recommend Louise to anybody!

My previous childminder was my auntie and unfortunately in the summer my uncle became very poorly i had to find a new childminder for my daughter. After speaking to a few different people i went to visit Louise and Rob. They have a lovely house with lots of different areas for the children to play in. I could tell from the first visit that the environment offered was loving and nurturing. Louise and Rob were very sympathetic of the situation i was in and were able to take Arya straight away.
She spent four months with them and even in that short space of time you could see how much she has grown. She loved her time there playing with the other children and Roxy and Luna of course!
I think Louise and Rob do a fantastic job and would not hesitate to place Arya with them again in the future.

My daughter Jasmine always loves going to Louise's especially as she gets to see her best friend Lily Mae. She always enjoys her time there and I am always kept fully in the loop about her day and activities. She has lots of space to play both inside and out. Whenever I leave I am in no doubt that Jasmine is safe and being well looked after.

Having been through the nursery setting with my first daughter, I wanted a more family friendly environment for my second daughter. Louise offered a settling in period for Emily which for me as a parent was essential, as it ensured that both Emily and myself were comfortable. Emily has been full time with Louise and Rob for the last 17 months and I have never looked back. Emily was toilet trained by 20 months and her confidence and development is amazing, doing phonics and numbers with the older children. My 6 year old also attends in the school holidays, which is great, as they can both be together and both are always well cared for and entertained. Both Louise and Rob are professional, approachable, easy going and flexible. All childcare information is also uploaded onto a new electronic system called babydays, which gives me all information about what Emily's has done throughout the day, menus and photo's, which we both go through together at the end of the night.
Therefore, I would not hesitate in recommending Louise and Rob to any parents looking for a reliable friendly child minder, as I found the child care they provides to be of an excellent standard.

As new parents to our baby boy Oliver, we trawled through endless amounts of childcare profiles and reviews trying to decide who we could trust to look after our little ray of sunshine, until we spotted louise an rob's! We have never looked back!
Olly's been with them now since he was 8months old and he gets so excited every time we drive up to their house, he practically bounces out of my arms to play!!! He adores the other children there especially louise and rob's little 2 1/2 year old girl - lily mai, their 12 year old girl jade and their furry friend roxy - the chocolate lab!
Olly has come on leaps and bounds since he started interacting with the older children, watching them walking, climbing and playing with toys, he just LOVES to join in and tries to copy them as much as he can!
There are always plenty of things for the children to do whilst under louise and rob's care, a trip to the park to feed the ducks, a shopping trip, ride on the bus, trip to the farm and stay and play sessions at the local children's centre, not to mention the abundance of toys, books and musical instruments to entertain the children on rainy days!
I know Olly loves staying at their house to play, as when i come to pick him up he is ALWAYS full of smiles :) louise even emails me his daily routine accompanied by photographs of what he has been up to that day, which i think is a lovely personal touch which serves as a welcome reminder of just how well he has settled in and taken to other people that aren't his immediate family!
I would thoroughly recommend childsplay65 to all parents :)

Louise and Rob have been looking after our 2 year old little boy for over 3 months now and we couldn't be happier. Like all new parents, the thought of leaving our son was with anyone was scary but Louise, Rob, Jade and Lily-Mae helped us all settle into our new routine. Harry has come on so much since spending time with the family, from learning to share with other children, to potty training. A few rocky moments at the start, with Harry wanting me to stay, was soon nipped in the bud by trips to the park to feed the ducks (or eat the bread himself as he likes to do) and running about, burning off some energy, with their lovely dog, Roxy. Harry now knows when we get close to their house and shouts for Lily-Mae until he gets in the house! His speech is improving everytime we leave him there for the day, with new words and sentences being said all the time.
I wouldn't leave my baby with people he didnt like, so I am confident he enjoys his days when I leave him in the morning and he no longer wants me to come in with him, just gives me a kiss, says "bye bye mum" and toddle's off to play.

Louise and Robert are very kind couple, taking care of my 2 years old baby for the past 2 months. They have a nice home, with lovely, 2 years old Lily mae and Jade. With the addtion of Roxy, a friendly dog, he has known me well.
I highly recommend this couple as your childminder if you're looking for some one to look after your baby.
