My Experience
I have been looking after children from age of 16, people, even most protective parents, was always confident to leave their child with me. Had a two families I was working with till my nephew born. Than I started to look after him 4 days a week till parents was working. So from new born till 3 years old I was looking after him amost all the time. How have daughter in law 8 years old and looking after her stime to time, so can find language with child any age. So from age of 16 I was working with children almost all the time. And I like it.
