About Me
I’m currently at university studying sport and exercise science. I am outgoing, confident and hard working. I love to work with children and was going to au pair in Spain last summer but was unable to because of restrictions. I have many interests and hobbies including a lot of sport, cooking/baking and music. I hope we can get to know each other better !
My Experience
I don’t have any formal childcare qualifications but have taken safeguarding courses alongside my coaching qualifications in both lacrosse and swimming and hold a DBS certificate. I have worked on two residential summer camps as a staff volunteer to organise and prepare the children for the day and make sure they are where they need to be.
My Qualifications
I hold a DBS, have undertaken safeguarding courses and have level one coaching and instructing in both lacrosse and swimming. I also hold a professional qualification in cooking through the Leiths’ cookery school. I don’t have any formal childcare qualifications but have taught and looked after a group of children on residential summer camps as one of the volunteer staff.
My Availability
I can do most days with the exception of Wednesday afternoons when I would usually be participating in sport matches with the university however current circumstances allow me to have this time free, I would ideally prefer to work before and after the working hours of the day but other times can be arranged if required.
