About Me
I am a fully qualified registered childminder with Ofsted and recently had my first graded inspection in early November 2024, where I received a "Good" rating. Additionally, I am qualified as an Early Years Teacher.
Our family lives in Ruislip, which includes my husband and our 5-year-old son. We are a 10-minute walk from Ruislip high street. West Ruislip and Ruislip Station are about a 10-15 minute walk away. We are also an 8-minute walk from Whiteheath Infant and Nursery School where I also offer wrap-around care.
My setting provides a home-from-home environment, utilizing our house, a large playroom, and a spacious garden. Children learn best through play, which is central to my ethos.
My Experience
I have over 16 years of experience working in the early years sector, holding various roles from Early Years Practitioner to Nursery Manager and Early Years Teacher. I am deeply passionate about providing children with quality play experiences to support their growth and learning.
I strive to create a fun and inviting learning environment that encourages children to explore through play. My setting includes a large playroom and garden that children can access daily. Additionally, I enjoy taking the children out into the local community to explore and learn about the wider world.
I am DBS checked and have received training in first aid, safeguarding, and food hygiene.
I accept tax-free childcare and offer the early years funding from 9 months upwards.
