About Me
My name is Stephanie. I live in Marston Moretaine with my Husband, 3 children (6, 5 and 20 months) and our pet rabbit.
I am friendly, approachable and reliable. I love to smile and laugh and get involved in play.
I absolutely love spending my time looking after children.
I am now fully registered and insured.
I live just by the Marston forest centre and so have plenty of opportunities to spend time outdoors learning as much as we can.
I have an understanding of the EYFS and will be following this to allow children to learn through play.
I have good knowledge of British Sign Language and teach children to use this also.
I have an annual ZSL Whipsnade zoo pass which I aim to use as much as possible with the children. Making regular trips.
I have a love for the outdoors and the space and learning opportunities it provides. spending a lot of time outdoors enjoying the sun and the rain. I have have a garden for children to play in should they wish and plenty of indoor space.
We attend local toddler groups such as Mini Marstons and Cha Cha chimps and often visit the local library.

I will attend local groups where other childminders or parents and children will attend to encourage children's social skills.
My Experience
I have a big family and so have plenty of experience looking after other people's children aged 9 weeks up to 14 years.
I also have my own 3 children which has given me plenty of experience from new-born up.
I have worked in a nursery as an assistant for just over a year.
I have also had experience with special needs as my previous job for the last 7 years has been working with Learning disabilities and Autism.
I have basic sign language knowledge and have recently joined another sign language course.
My Qualifications
I have completed the following qualifications -
Level 3 - Preparing to work in a home based environment.
child development.
EYFS.
Food hygiene.
Pediatric and infant first aid.
Safeguarding
I am currently under going further sign language training.
My Availability
***I have space Monday- Thursday from September***
I am available for school drop offs and pick ups to Marston Moretaine VC school - church end site. This does include Chimneytots also.
My working hours are 7-6 Monday to thursday and 7-4.30 on a Friday.
I am also available for weekend/evening babysitting.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
My fees are from £5 an hour.
I offer competitive wrap around care rates and can offer sibling discounts also.
I can offer babysitting over the weekend or evenings at a flat rate of £10 an hour but this can be negotiable if its for a full day.
I offer summer holiday cover for competitive rates also.
