I’ve had three and a half years experience in a special-needs school with children ages from 2 to 19 I have also taken care of family members with additional needs I’ve also had a full DBS check.

Sinead was fab with my boys. Then on the day she was due to sit she asked to cancel as had a family emergency, which of course I understood. She told me she could do the following evening (as I’m a self employed single mum, so I moved my client) then she proceeded to not respond to me at all. I’ve now lost income and business reputation. Simply communicating with me would have left me less annoyed.
