Review
I met Nusula recently at an early years forest school and outdoor learning training session in Croydon. Nusula has the most beaming inviting smile. Her energy is infectious, and I was so delighted that she was able to accommodate my daughter this summer for ad-hoc flexible childcare. I am also an early years practitioner and have struggled to find family support and childcare with my own children as I have no family nearby.
My daughter is 8 years old, like all children has been severely affected socially by the recent worldwide events and has been very shy when meeting new people. I was really pleased that within literally a few minutes of entering Nusula's setting she was consumed in social play. Within 20 minutes they were painting, then water play... lots of laughing, then eating and more playing. I couldn't get her out of there!
My shy withdrawn homebody daughter was then begging me to send her back for more. I have had lots of personal appointments over the summer (dreaded dentists which are miles away) so I reached out to Nusula again and asked for help. She is so approachable and very attentive to the needs of the children in her care. This is something I noticed immediately.
My daughter comes home with baked cakes, artwork, paintings etc... I think the most precious thing my child comes home with is a huge smile and a relaxed satisfied attitude. She is fulfilled and happy.
Throughout the day I am regularly updated with photos of my daughter playing outside and in the local parks around South Norwood and Ashburton park. I also received little voice messages from my daughter, which was very precious. All the children show respect and enjoy a peaceful friendship. I know my child is in a clean, caring, warm environment, like "home from home".
The home is clean and uncluttered, has hand sanitiser dispensers as you enter the front door and in the main play room. The toys and equipment is clean and appropriate.
I would recommend Nusula as a childcare provider any day. Her approach is fresh, lively, honest and sincere. She is simply put, a lovely person.
I'm so glad I have found her. With two weeks left of summer holidays, I know I can rely on Nusula to be there for me so I can get even more things done without that guilty shadow. If only I had found her 7 years ago! Thanks Nusula. You're awesome!
