My Requirements

We are somewhat flexible as to days, but likely looking for the after school hours through bedtime. We have some flexibility with this as we understand this person will likely have another part-time role, and ultimately, finding the best fit for our family is most important - ideally, someone who is nurturing, passionate about children, and highly responsible while prioritising the safety, wellbeing, happiness, and development of our little ones. We're looking for someone with experience with newborns and toddlers (as we will have one who will be experiencing all of life's transitions around this age such as exploring boundaries and testing limits, pacifier weaning, welcoming a new sibling, starting nursery, toilet training, etc). Added to this, we would ask for some assistance with other household childcare-related tasks such as meal prep, children's laundry, tidying/organisation of children's play area, rooms, etc. Collaboration, communication, and consistency will be important as we will be in and out of the home as well.
