About Me
Hi, I am Sam and I would love to meet your family and learn if I can help support you or be a good fit for your family.
I have just completed a PGCE in primary teaching and am teaching a year 4 class from September.
I have experience nannying ages 0-10. I formerly worked in primary school with Key stage 1 and 2 as a teaching assistant supporting children with maths, phonics and topic. I have taught classes for phonics ranging from Red ditty level to Grey level and the spelling level. I supported children 121 everyday in top up for their Maths, Phonics and reading. I also work with SEN children at the school, providing 121 support. I can also support with EAL/ TEFL as I have 2 years experience of teaching at English language camps with ages 4-18+
I would love to support your child with their learning. I also play music - sining, guitar and piano so can help with a bit of creativity and music as well.
I have a car and a fully clean drivers licence and an enhanced DBS check. Can support with household chores and babysitting as well.
My Experience
I have experience working with children age 0 months to 18 years old. As well as working in primary school, I have also worked in a sixth form and teaching classes of English foreign language students age 4+. I have also tutored children in guitar and worked as learning support within a school, particularly supporting foreign students.
My Qualifications
First aid training and drivers licence. Safeguarding training from working in fundraising events.
My Availability
I am available for most of August and September, starting teacher training in September.

Sam has a bright, sunny personality and is totally brilliant with our son. As soon as she met him she was inventive and fun, and he loves her. Would highly recommend her as a childminder or babysitter.
