Our son has special needs and it soon got too much for Carol to look after our child and quit on us. Leaving two full time working parents in the lurch with school runs and holidays. Put us of childminders for life now. Son is under SEN, if your child is perfect then Carol is the right person for you. However if your child has a disability look elsewhere. Shame as he made good friends with the other kids there.
