We hired Gaby as nanny for our 18 month old son and had agreed a start date. She did not show up for work, ignored all of our calls/texts/emails and then blocked my profile on this website (but fortunately I can still leave a review). I have informed this website and her referees (as she provided me with a good reference prior to this). This has cost us several hundred pounds (fees from setting up the nanny payroll service and emergency childcare cover), alongside much upset and stress. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour by a “childcare provider”.

Suzie looked after our son since he was just under 2 years old until he was 3.
He settled in so well and really loved going every day. He made friends there and enjoyed all of the activities that Suzie arranged including regular outings and playgroups.
Most importantly, he formed a strong and secure bond with Suzie and felt confident and happy while there. Suzie was just fantastic - always very kind and thoughtful, we could not have asked for a better childminder for our son.
