Working hours are between 8am and 8pm ,mainly 4 hour shifts, occasional 6 or 8 hour shifts, but in discussions with employer about adjustments to change to school hours only, as parents age and health issues mean that they are beginning to have difficulty providing childcare. No other local family to support childcare.
