My Summary

My Experience

I have several years of informal experience caring for children of different ages, from toddlers to pre-teens. I’ve babysat for family, friends, and neighbors, and have developed a strong understanding of children's needs at different stages of development. My responsibilities have included everything from feeding, nappy changes, and nap time for younger children to homework help, after-school activities, and bedtime routines for older kids.

In addition, I’m experienced in keeping children entertained with fun, educational games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play. I also understand how important it is to follow parents' guidelines and routines, ensuring that each child feels comfortable and secure while in my care.

Although I don’t have formal childcare qualifications, I make up for it with my hands-on experience, enthusiasm, and dedication to creating a safe, nurturing environment.

My Qualifications

While I don’t have formal childcare certifications, I have completed basic first-aid training and am confident in handling minor injuries or emergencies. My real-world experience caring for children of various ages has equipped me with practical skills, including managing routines, organising activities, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

If I need to travel a significant distance, there may be a small increase in my babysitting rate to cover transportation. Similarly, for larger groups (4 or more children), an additional small increase may apply to account for the extra care and attention required.
